Staying informed of all safety, commercial, and regulatory requirements, we will ensure your vessel is compliant with Canadian and provincial rules and regulations. On your behalf, we will also communicate with government agencies (e.g., Canada Border Services Agency, Transport Canada, etc.) and port authorities to oversee all aspects of your port calls.

Port Call and Vessel Turnaround Services

Our Marine Agency services include the following:

Vessel Arrival and Departure

• Coordinating pilots, berth, and dockside services (e.g. stevedores, linesman, etc.)
• Inward clearance of vessel (e.g. vessel declaration, cargo manifests, etc.)
• Arranging Transport Canada inspections (if required)
• Arranging loading, unloading, and storage for ships stores and equipment

Crew Requirements

• Assisting crew in obtaining visas, permits, as well as customs clearance
• Crew changes (e.g. meeting crew, arranging local transport and accommodations)
• Coordinating emergency assistance and medical care
• Secure delivery of cash to Master

Ships’ Stores/Provisions

• Delivery of provisions to ship (e.g., water, food, spare parts, etc.)
• Arranging waste disposal, sludge removal, as well as handling of hazardous materials
• Coordinating delivery of bunker
• Arranging for labour, maintenance, and repair

Shipments and Ships’ Spares Handling

• Expediting and customs clearance for imported and exported shipments (e.g., critical materials and equipment, ships’ spares, over-dimensional, and heavy-lift cargo, etc.)
