Staying Safe During COVID-19.

PF Collins is making every effort to ensure the health and safety of our employees and their families, our customers, and the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are working hard to avoid disruptions caused by COVID-19 while at the same time acting responsibly to do what we can to prevent the further spread of the virus.

To mitigate the risk of COVID-19 in our workplace, we are following the recommendations of our healthcare officials and have implemented the following protocols:

  • Employee self-assessments prior to arrival at work each day. Employees feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 are asked to stay home and contact healthcare officials.
  • Restriction of non-essential personnel and visitors. We are not accepting visitors for meetings or drop-ins. Couriers and vendors must complete a COVID-19 Site Screening prior to arrival.
  • Physical distancing, including directional arrows in walkways and hallways, plexi-glass barriers in reception areas, and increased distance between employee workstations.
  • Wearing non-medical or cloth masks.
  • Increased cleaning and sanitation in all office areas.
  • Reduced capacity in common areas (e.g. bathrooms, kitchens, copier rooms, etc.).
  • Staggered working hours to eliminate congestion in lobby and reception areas.
